  Reply : What is full post code ?

One issue is that I got it delivered to my address before via just eat but it says that you don't deliver to my postcode on your website. But i can only pre order on your website. It's just a little confusing. Other than that, Love the place.

Although the food was nice we were very disappointed not to receive the lamb shish kebab as part of the special mezze meal for two. The 'lamb' kofte also tasted more like pork. The bread was great though!

I ordered yesterday at 6:50 for delivery at 8. Eventually I called to find out where our order was at 9:10. And it still did not arrive until near 10pm. I feel this was far too late to be eating a meal and we could not enjoy our meal anymore. I would appreciate a reply back as I feel this was a complete waste of money for us in the end.

First time having food from here and was not disappointed. Expected to wait about 2 hours under the circumstances but arrived in less than 40 minutes! Will be back :)

I appreciate this is a very busy time but our order was due in 90 minutes and took an hour more than this. We only ordered on the proviso it would arrive within that 90 minute period. Had asked for door to be knocked quietly on the order and also left a written note at the door re this but door bell was still rung twice. Sadly after such a long wait the food was like warm/some cold.

Food was perfectly cooked and very tasty. Could have been hotter and was almost an hour late! I would say that the mixed grill fir 1 was good value but the Sultan mixed grill fir 2 wasn’t value fir money. We would have been better off ordering 2 mixed grills for 1. Could have done with more bread too.

Ate in numerous times and loved it. First takeaway. Unsure if it's something to do with all the chaos with covid 19 but food had virtually no taste, peppers and onions in one dish not cooked, peppers not in the others and onions completely raw. Unsure whether to try again.

Ordered your food the last time and we loved it , nice to see your doing deliveries now. Would be good to add in a drinks section to buy some juice as we would love nothing more than a couple cans of juice tonight haha
